Greta Muller Levis is a senior lecturer in the Department of English. She received degrees from Temple University (Master of Music), the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Master of Arts). She has taught English as a Second Language and directed programs in in intensive English programs, academic writing programs and international teaching assistant programs at the University of Illinois, North Carolina State University, Des Moines Area Community College, and Iowa State University. Since 2011, Greta has worked with undergraduate linguistics majors at Iowa State University, teaching Introduction to World Languages and Second Language Acquisition in addition to advising them.
