William F. “Bill” Tubbs awarded Greenlee School’s James W. Schwartz Award

William F. “Bill” Tubbs, co-owner and co-publisher of the Eldridge North Scott Press and Wilton-Durant Advocate News and longtime supporter of journalism eduacation, will receive the Greenlee School’s 2018 James W. Schwartz Award. The annual award recognizes distinguished service to journalism and communication.
