Cozma to Present Papers at AEJMC, ICA Conferences

Associate Professor [Raluca Cozma]()’s paper, "How U.S. and Arab Newspapers Framed The Syrian Crisis: A Cross-National Analysis," co-authored with Claudia Kozman (Lebanese American University), was accepted for presentation at the AEJMC Southeast Colloquium in Baton Rouge, LA, March 3-5. The paper also won the top faculty paper award.

Cozma also reports another paper, "International Framing of Occupy Central: A Comparative Analysis of the News Coverage of the 2014 Hong Kong Pro-Democracy Protests,” co-authored with master’s student Lijing Gao, was accepted for presentation at the International Communication Association (ICA) annual conference in Fukuoka, Japan, June 9-13.
