Pritchard reports paper submission, media appearance

Assistant Professor Andrew Pritchard submitted a paper to AEJMC’s Southeast Colloquium on a student’s First Amendment suit over ISU’s harassment policy. The paper addresses procedural issues involved in establishing a First Amendment violation by a policy that has not yet been enforced against the plaintiff.

Pritchard also was interviewed on WHO-TV about the First Amendment rights of protesters blocking highways and walking out of classes in recent weeks. The segment is available here.
